如何減壓及享受人生

認識了自己壓力的程度,就要看看「減壓妙方」,或應該說是「家常便飯」才對,就好像我們要保障自己身體健康,每天就要有足夠的營養、休息和運動一樣,要持之以恆。「預防勝於治療」,心理健康一樣。

1. 運動適當和恆常的運動不但可提升身體的抗疫力,還能增強心理的抗壓能力。辛勞後或煩惱難解時,不少人發覺做些適量的運動,「出一身汗」頓時舒緩疲勞。的確,運動也有助我們暫時放低煩惱,好好享受運動的樂趣,使我們的生活不單只為了幹活和照顧腎友,而且還有別的生趣。

2. 娛樂和興趣正如運動一樣,其實是減壓的「必需品」。我們若每天只顧工作、家務、睡覺、工作再家務,而沒有其他的娛樂和興趣,生活就變得不平衡。「抖抖氣」,要選擇一些我們享受和何以從中得到放鬆的活動;不要只是空想「等得閒先至做」,否則生活便變得只剩下忙碌的份兒。

How to Enjoy Your Life

We all complain about our lives from time to time. An unexpected expense comes up or we get laid off from our jobs. So many things can happen to us in even just one day. Unfortunately, complaining is a waste of time. It is a grown up version of whining, and yes, we too have tantrums. The key to enjoying life is in how we react to the events and mishaps in our daily lives.
